ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The MS-HCA degree at UIndy is designed to prepare dynamic leaders who will become managers and leaders of healthcare provider organizations to effect changes, implement and refine best practices, and achieve excellence in creating a culture of health in the complex U.S. healthcare system. Our graduates develop knowledge of, and skills within, business management and the health care services networks. Earning a master's or graduate certificate in aging studies at the University of Indianapolis provides opportunities to enhance the quality of life for older adults where you work and live.
